About Us

CS&B is comprised of three lawyer principals with a combined 70 years experience practicing law: Patricia Jean Clisham, Daniel R. Satriana, Jr., and Matthew Y. Biscan.

All experienced trial lawyers, Clisham, Satriana and Biscan are leaders in industry, the bar, and in government and community service.

Clients

Clients of the principals of the firm are primarily insured and self insured businesses and individuals requiring legal representation in lawsuits, administrative and regulatory proceedings, preventative day-to-day legal advice and business transactions. Another substantial portion of the client base of the firm consists of insurance companies in need of representation of their own interests in workers' compensation claims and policy disputes with insureds.

Firm History

Although CS&B is a newly formed firm, two of the firm's principals have been practicing law together for seventeen years, with the third joining them for the last ten of those years. Two of the principals have previously served as managing officers of a professional limited liability company, one of them for more than a decade, during which they conducted the day-to-day management of a law firm of sixty lawyers.
