Pamela Lynn Musgrave

Ms. Musgrave graduated from Bethany College, West Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. She was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, an honor society in Economics. She received her JD Degree from Ohio Northern University. She was admitted to practice in the state and federal bars in Colorado in 1978.

Ms. Musgrave worked for the Office of Adams County District Attorney as a deputy district attorney from 1979 to 1981. She then worked as staff counsel for the Colorado State Compensation Fund from 1981 to 1984 representing employers insured through the State of Colorado. In 1985, Ms. Musgrave served as the acting Chief Counsel for the State Compensation Insurance Fund (formerly the State Fund). She has also served as Co-Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Defense Lawyers Association. In 1985, she joined the law firm of Glasman, Jaynes & McBride, LLP and became a partner with the firm in 1988 representing employers, insurers and self-insured employers throughout the state in workers' compensation matters. In 1999 Ms. Musgrave left Glasman, Jaynes, McBride & Musgrave to establish the firm of McBride & Musgrave, LLP.

Ms. Musgrave joined Clisham, Satriana & Biscan in April, 2007. She continues to represent employers, insurers and self-insured employers in complex workers' compensation matters. She has an AV rating in Martindale Hubble.
