APRIL L. JONES April L. Jones
joined Clisham, Satriana & Biscan in 2004 and accepted the position
of associate in May 2006. Ms. Jones' practice is concentrated in
the areas of commercial litigation, ERISA and employment law. She represents
clients and drafts briefs on complex legal issues in the areas of
insurance defense, premises liability, employment discrimination,
sexual harassment, wrongful termination, medical and legal malpractice
and wrongful death. She also assists with trial preparation, mediation
and arbitrations. Ms. Jones has
extensive experience as a court reporter from 1985 through 1998.
She was official court reporter for the Baltimore County Circuit
Court, Baltimore, Maryland and York County Court of Common Pleas,
York, Pennsylvania. She clerked for the US Department of Labor Solicitor's
Office and Denver District Attorney's Office in 2004 and Hall and
